I feel like sharing this with you today. It’s still about my 1 million dollar goal. I have main focus of improving my copywriting skill and salesmanship. However over period of next twelve months I will be considering 1 or combination of following 12 business methods that have studied very well. 

Though there are a lot of business ideas and methods out there however, the following are proven hot business methods. In my future post I will be explaining on each of them and how to explore them well. 

Following are 12 hot business ideas, methods and concept that I love very well. 

1. Affiliate Marketing (content sites + web 2.0 traffic method)

2. Membership websites (targeting niche specific)

3. Converting plr ebooks + public domain content to audio and sell rights to it or sell on clickbank

4. Organize my own workshops (starting with free to paid)

5. Create complete affiliate content site with plr articles/public domain content then flip it.

6. Selling online services to business owners

7. Buy internet business at deep discount then flip it

8. Converting public domain content (spreadsheet, checklist and worksheet, ms word templates, gov. data,) to content for sale either as a membership site or direct site.

9. Creating alternate/intersecting ideas from a successful/popular business, services or product (either as a support service e.g forum or as aggregating system - where you don’t have to compete with them but profit from collection of those sites.)

10. Creating niche specific aggregating sites like dailyrotation or popurls but now niche specific

Are you realistic with your goal of making one million dollar as an internet marketer working from home (from a remote country in Africa)? Someone ask. Actually I could have answer with simple ’YES’ but instead I choose to respond with a parable in holy bible; Mattew 20: 1-3 (the living bible).

The owner of an estate went out early one morning to hire workers for his harvest field. He agreed to pay them $20 a day and sent them out to work. A couple of hours later he was passing a hiring hall and saw some men standing around waiting for jobs, so he sent them also into his fields, telling him he would pay them at the end of the day.

At noon and again around three 0′clock in the afternoon he did the same thing. When all the men gathered to be paid, they each received $20, even those who had been hired in the latter part of the day. The workers hired earlier protested, saying “Those fellows worked only one hour, and yet you’ve paid them just as much as those of us who worked all day in the scorching heat.” “Friend,” he answered one of them, “I did you no wrong! Didn’t you agree to wok for $20?”

Lots of people go about their life settling for what comes to them when they can actually get more. Why should I settle in comfort so I ask my fellow back? It doesn’t make sense.

No matter where you are, whatever you are getting now is what you bargained for. In computing they called it garbage in - garbage out. You get what you settle for.

If you are still working for somebody you can possibly get a better pay if you can ask for it.

It’s all up to you.

Just like I told a magazine reporter that interviewed me recently that I am tired of making thousands of dollars online, its absolute truth. I am tired of making few grands a month. Somebody else may settle for that. My main goal now is to make my first $1 million dollar online.

The obvious truth is that it won’t be easy. But then, did anything good come easy?

Don’t settle for less my fellow brother and sister. Because you get what you settle for.

Last night I was reading some information from Greg
Whitehall, a consultant to the dental industry (I tend
to read marketers and business ideas from all sorts of
industries).

He talked about a syndrome I think a lot of people have:
It’s where you enter a field like Internet marketing
bright eyed and bushy tailed. 

Then one of several things happens:

1.  You have a big trauma, problem, crisis or setback.

2.  You try some things that don’t work out.

3.  Everything you try flops

As a result, what was once a prosperity goal to make a
mint, becomes a survival goal of “let’s just get by.”

And, if that’s a conscious decision on your part, there’s
no particular problem with it.  Life is what you decide to
make of it.

But I think in many cases, the downgraded goals is a subtle
one that you don’t realize has happened.

So I’ll tell you a funny story.  As you know, I’m rehabbing
my knee from a little knee scope.  I’m a bit of a slow healer.
So about 3 or 4 weeks ago I was trying to rush to the bathroom
during a movie, so I didn’t miss the good scenes.  I was
scooting along with a limp when this guy in the hallway saw
me.

“He said, “I see you have a limp.  Don’t feel bad.  Where I
come from, we don’t call it a gimp.  We call it PIMP!”

I cracked up.

I guess the difference between gimp, pimp and walking normal is
how hard you rehab.  Or, I could settle for a bit of a hitch
in my gettyup and not do rehab.  I could settle for survival.

But I haven’t.  I’m walking a lot better now.  Almost normal.

About a year ago, a martial artist (in mixed martial arts)
fought another guy (Matt Hughes for you UFC fans) and got
whipped.  He worked on his arsenal and added additional
kicks, moves and so forth.

And in the next fight, he won handily.

He could have just been in survival mode and limped along without
improving.  But he chose to work and add new moves.  And improve
the ones he already had.

Some of you are right there at the edge of success.  Yet, you’ve
let yourself downgrade from prosperity goals to survival goals.
You’ll NEVER get where you wanna go with survival goals.

Maybe you’re tired and need to recuperate some.  Take a rest.
Build up your mental and emotional reserves.  Then get back
to work.

Most people in this business are scared to talk about work.
It’s a dirty word.  People hear it at seminars and walk out
of the room during that speech.

I don’t work a lot.  If you define work as doing things you
don’t wanna do. I DO spend an unusual amount of time learning
and sorting through complexity, so I can deliver simplicity
to you.

In a way, that’s my work.  It’s second nature to me and what
I enjoy, so I don’t consider it work.

Where are you at?  Where’s your heart at?  Do you need a
rest?  Do you need to add more skills to your arsenal?
Do you need to set a new prosperity goal?

You can’t survive your way into prosperity.

The book I am reading now is titled law of success by Napoleon Hill. The first few pages concentrated more on forming a mastermind group. Actually, I must tell you that I am enjoying the book.

It’s one of books I bought while in singapore. How I wish I get to know about this book long before now.

No doubt there is poverty in the land. Its obvious truth that fellow africa children are dying of hunger everyday. Their is challenge for us as african soldier to make a difference in our individual life and that of several other african child.

I am doing everything possible already to make a change in my personal life financially, spiritually, educationally and in relationship. Despite all odds that makes it difficult for africans to profit from internet legitimately have been able to build business that earns consistent income (legitimately) from internet.

Recently, I was fortunate to meet several top internet marketers and intermediate marketers as well in singapore during world internet mega summit and internet marketing millionaire incubator seminar.The two events are eye openning to me. I can now see clearly now.
